Lets face it, anything stock just wont do, and when it comes to your stock airfilter, its designed to do one thing, be quiet. stock air filters can be restrictive and cumbersome to your engines performance. Aftermarket intakes are much better in fuel economy and engine performance, so go get one now!!!

| 1. Pop clips off to remove airbox lid. Then unscrew O-ring above lid with a flat head screwdriver. Pull airbox lid off ov intake tube. |

Remove the screws( 2 and 3) from airbox as well as nut( 1 ). [refer to pic 2.1-2.3]

Pull airbox straight up from its position. It should be attached to a hard plastic tube. But it isnt screwed or anything just pull and it will pop out.

4. this picture shows the extracted airbox, feel free to remove the resonator below it as shown in how-to #8 |
